Google Meet Etiquette
We learnt that when on a google meet call we have to have a sensible background ( A wall ) and have our manners on automatic. I also learnt that we have to be prepared for the google meet and respect everyone while on the google meet.
Aesop Fables Slides
Last week we learnt about what is aesop fables and its meaning behind it (Moral).
These story are filled with life lessons and are usually with animals. I learnt a few words from the fables and its meaning behind the story. We were reading about the Lion and the mouse. Its moral was “kindness is never wasted” and the meaning behind it is that Kindness is the right choice because it’s the right thing to do, not because it will win us fame or money.
Postcard
The sky tower is one of the most famous landmarks of New Zealand because of height which is approximately 1,076 ft and is the largest standing structure in the southern hemisphere.
My dojo monster
Today I made my own dojo master using shapes that were in the toolbar, as well as tracing a pirate hat using polyline. I had a pleasure creating my dojo master using shapes!.
How I made a 3d picture using polyline
I made a box full with toys by using polyline and tracing the outline of the box to make a 3d picture.
First I used polyline to trace the outline of the box so that I could colour the whole shape and make it realistic as possible. I coloured it so that it could look like a real box, I used brown on the outside and black in the inside so that it looks like it has no lid, And that is how I created a 3d picture by using polyline.
Why bullying is bad
I learnt that Bullying can happen in many ways, It is really unacceptable and unfair for kids that have to experience bullying. It incredibly makes kids really insecure and depressed. Bullying affects you/someone is mental health and also leads to anxiety and loneliness. What does bullying looks like? bullying looks like someone getting physically abused hurt, slapped , punch ganged up and spreading rumours about them.
Camp at Whangateau Holiday Park
On Tuesday 5 March, The school leaders had an opportunity to experience a camp that was held at Whangateau Holiday Park where everyone had the experience to try new activities. My favourite activity was surfing because I felt free standing on the surfboard, while the waves were crashing down and felt like I was a professional. I loved to explore the ocean and see different types of fishes that lived in a marine reserve at Goat Island. I learnt that I could wash my own dishes and be responsible for our dorm. The advice I would give to the future school leaders is to be responsible for the young kids around you and to always be humble and respectful to everyone.
